Rei Coronal Firestormer is an Ecotroz Shemarrian Berserker-Mystic of the Bloodrider Tribe. She appears in the Rifts Forum under the Shemarrian Fan-material thread as part of a running gag. Occasionally the mutant Shemarrians show up in xovers and wreak merry havoc between more serious posts.
In the case of this running joke the canon Sailor Scouts attacked a bunch of strange-looking big women who bore an uncanny resemblance to them(they HAD to be youma, right?). The latter kicked the @$$&$ of the former and essentially made them probationary slaves/pets and trained them up until such a time as they could actually be USEFUL, then set them free on condition that they might be called upon if their alternate-selves/trainers/keepers/oath-holders needed their assistance.
Rei Hino/Sailor Mars' Shemarrian double is a bit more assertive than the others, and frequently calls upon her bondsmaiden. Rei HATES this because she was trained by the EShemar in summoning powerful Fire Elementals...and while the magic endows her with great firepower and resistance to damage, the summoning takes the form of dance moves...in a costume that is little more than pasties and wishful thinking. But the alternative is being RETRAINED by Rei Coronal Firestormer.

-Minako/Sailor Venus----Knows how to survive in just about any environment with just a hunk of sharpened rock and the hide of whatever local critter is available.
-Artemis---Wasn't taken along for the ride, but now has to contend with Minako's new robotic dog advisor that has taken up flushing the cat down the toilet just for kicks.
-Makoto/Dailor Jupiter---Knows her way around BIG animals and deep jungle, but has to wear rubber underwear to insulate against self-shocking herself every time she sees somebody that reminds her of her old sempai.
-Hotaru/Sailor Saturn---Teenage ninja. She now breaks into government facilities and private strongholds just for kicks. Sometimes she brings home stuff.
-Haruka/Sailor Uranus----Has learned to appreciate NOT having broken bones after repeatedly being used as a punching bag and as a projectile against her Shemarrian double's chief rival, a red-headed Berserker cyborg with really powerful martial arts.

Then the SDF-1 skewers it, matador-style, from behind with a blade of pure energy...
