an alien experiment from heroes unlimited. possobly with the megahero upgrade to level the playing field against the coalition. or an amaki demon quellar.

Can Mulka be turned into Rune Weapons?

If they are into it......but not against their will.....its gm fiat powers on paper basicly

I would want to be a godling, with the air warlock and ley line walker powers. Or maybe if I wanted to be a techie, a lizard mage with techno wizard and shifter powers. Either way, with lots of MDC and lots of spells, I would be having some fun :)

Mulkas are just GM Munchkins as opposed to Player munchkins :)

Star Elf (or micronized Zentraedi if that non-rifts race is allowed for this exercise, because with this OCC they'd be the perfect warriors) Warlock Marine. The WM gets good stat increases. Plus I like the armor (and the fact it my be slightly sentient) and the supernatural strength it has, as well as it's long battery/reactor life. Extra magic defenses saves are always a plus. As long as I steer clear of the CS I think I could do okay on rifts earth.

Psi Ghost all the way. Super spy lifestyle and the added bonus of turning intangeable.
And give me a pb of 19 and ma of 24, and maxed out seduction and I'm all good ;)
