Note: I am not asking about Any Other powers and what they say. So keep it neat and tidy answering the question I asked. (i.e.: Assume I know about the TK accel attack and Hyper TK so no need to bring them up.)
I think the best you could do, by cannon, would be to look at the amount of weight being lifted and from there work backwards to find the equivalent strength. (i.e., lifting 20 lbs would be a P.S. equivalent of 1. Lifting 100 lbs would be a P.S. equivalent of 5, etcetera.) From there you can use the same rules as you would use to determine how fast an object is that is thrown by a character.
