Folks,
If you're able to consolidate a list of the Palladium system game times and locations being played at Gencon, could you post it here on the forums? I'd trust the info here to be more complete and easier to manage than trying to navigate the humongous Excel file put out by Gencon. If it included off-site games at the hotels that I might be able to join in on, that would be incredibly awesome.

More specifically, this is the list of games being run by M.A.'s. There might be other Palladium games being run by non-MA's.

Could we get locations added to that thread? So I.. I mean we can be super lazy and have a central source for information? :)

Which room is the 'Palladium Room' that is mentioned in that post? Sorry to be such a pain, but I'm hoping for one simple, complete, and easy-to-peruse resource (ideally one that has a section for convention center games, and another section for off-site games). Right now everything is spread out over multiple posts and I'm sure that there are 'unofficial' game posts scattered around in other places as well. I've had books for many years, but finding a group to game with has never happened. I just want to some Rifts/HU after owning their books for over 20 years, darn it. :)

The 2 Wed. games are in Union Station.

All of the rest [Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday] games are in the Marriott - Ballroom 9.

Which Marriott? There are a few of them in the area. :)

There are 3 Marriotts attached to the ICC via the Skywalk.

One is a "Courtyard" by Marriott
The 2nd is an actual "Marriott" attached via the skywalk.
The 3rd is a "JW" Marriott attached via the skywalk.

The 3 other Marriott branded hotels are miles away.

I am leaning towards #2. I dont see anything on the Gen Con website that states specifically which one.

I wasn't sure, I was hoping for the JW, but may be option #2.

Our 2 Wed games were at Union Station or something of the sort. Carl Gleba can verify as he was one of the GM's for that night.

I think those games were the only ones there all weekend, weren't they? All the others were in Indy Marriott Room 9.

I don't know of any that were not in Ballroom 9.
But I can say, it was packed the entire 4 days.
So it would make sense that a few may have
had to be scheduled somewhere else to get them
on the schedule.

Well, I know I did my four games in Ballroom 9. It was kind of crazy I only hit the exhibit floor twice and went to one other non-Palladium event. But still had a very good time.

* Highly recommend, would do again. ^_^

Correct for the most part.
Those 2 were the only MA sponsored Palladium events not in the Marriott Ballroom 9.

There was at least 1 Robotech RPG [non-Tactics] event that was held in another room in the Marriott.
