HELP. Place your 2009 Palladium Open House admission order as soon as you can.
Palladium needs to know how many people are coming as soon as possible, so we can properly plan for the event. Here’s why . . .
1. We need to make sure we have enough gaming events and Game Masters to accommodate EVERYONE coming.
2. We need to make sure we have enough hotel rooms.
3. We need to know the number of chairs and tables to rent, additional porta-potty’s to rent, parking to secure, etc. Which, in turn, will affect our plans for layout, scheduling, parking, and so on. And that's all based on anticipated attendance!!!
4. Palladium can only host around 300-330 people, so at some point we might have to stop accepting people who wish to attend. We do not think that will happen, but it might. Half are already taken.
PLEASE place those OPEN HOUSE ORDERS as SOON AS POSSIBLE!!!
