Personally I'd just go with all CS Special Forces and just make a single 12 man team.

Hey worked for my players for years anyway...(well there was one CS Mind Melter in the group)

I believe it was in tolkeen that was stated most squads have some psychic in their group...the majority being dog boys and psi-stalkers, you also have some CS psychics such as mind melters or nega-psychics.

1 Squad Leader
2-6 Grunts
1-2 Support (Heavy weapons like the CS plasma launcher)
2-4 Skelebots
1 Medic

This is usually how i roll with the CS military. When the situation calls for more "police" style squads, I use Psi-Stalkers and Dog Boys (and skelebots oh my!)
