Just wondering what you guys think about a burster flame aura and the M.D.C. can he reactive flame aura power for 4 i.s.p. to renew the M.D.C. protection of the field.

Yes. At any time (won't stack or go over max).
If it's down to 3 MDC, he doesn't have to wait until 0. Just reapply it. Those 3 points 'go away' and it's back as new-max.
