Robotech Masters® is at the printer's! Dyval™ is next!

Final layout approvals came in over the weekend, changes have been made, and files have been sent to the printer. The printer has confirmed a March 16 ship date.

I think this book is everything fans of Southern Cross could want. Okay, okay, you can never please everyone, but I think the vast majority of you will love the Robotech® Masters sourcebook.

The focus is on the Army of the Southern Cross (ASC), the Masters, and the Second Robotech® War. There is a lot of new information, new mecha, new gear and history that has been overlooked before. We think it crystalizes and defines the ASC fighting forces and will impress and please most fans.

Robotech Masters® opens up entire new worlds of adventure. Personally, I love the idea that characters, weapons and mecha from Macross can be combined with those from Masters! Can you imagine Veritech Fighters and Destroids fighting along side Logans and Hover Tanks as they battle to quell the Zentraedi Malcontent Uprisings? Awesome! You can also have them working side by side in all sorts of Reconstruction era scenarios between the First and Second Robotech Wars before the UEEF blasts off to the stars.

The characters and mecha of ALL THREE Robotech® eras can be combined in New Generation adventures. Oh man, can you picture Veritechs and Destroids, Ajaxs and Hover Tanks, Alphas and Cyclones all working together in human resistance groups to protect humans from the Invid and undermine Invid operations? Of course, Macross era mecha would be the rarest, but they would still be around. The O.C.C.s, vehicles and mecha from the ASC would be fairly common, at least in the early years. We know from the New Gen story that they existed and created resistance groups to oppose the Invid, gather intel and protect humans. And they would most certainly join forces with the survivors of the ill-fated assault groups sent by the UEEF, adding New Generation O.C.C.s, mecha, and gear into the mix. That’s FANTASTIC. And you can play all these scenarios with Robotech: Shadow Chronicles RPG and the Macross and Masters sourcebooks.

Unleash your imaginations, ladies and gentlemen, and cut loose.

Dyval™

Dyval™ is nearing completion and will ship March 27. We are in the final stages of editing and rewriting, layout should start soon and we expect to send the book to the printer by the end of the week. Dyval™ is another great book that is going to get your juices flowing.

What’s new next?

It looks like The Rifter® #46, Shemarrian Nation™ and the Dead Reign™ Sourcebook will ship in April.

Nightbane® Survival Guide, Dimensional Outbreak™, Heroes of the Megaverse®, and Mysteries of Magic™ should all quickly follow in May and June. Jason Marker and Jeff Hansen are working on Warpath™ Urban Jungle™ but we can’t tell yet if we will hit the June target release date.

Back in print soon

Rifts® Vampire Kingdoms, Anvil Galaxy™ and Coalition Overkill™ should all be available in the online store as special (limited printing) editions by the end of March! Other out of print titles will follow.
