Does anyone know what book(s) rules for starvation/thirst are in? Trying to put all my ducks in a row. Thanks.

they are in the section with Drowning/suffocation.

Baalgor Wastelands, I think. I'm away from my books until the weekend to verify it. I've seen dehydration in several books though.

I don't think they're very good rules and consider them non-existant.

Well, in various books/O.C.C.s (those that can go without food/water), it mentions penalties/damage, as well as Resist Hunger (I think). Curious if anyone can provide pages/books for me to look up.

We're not sure. This balm the doc gave me will hopefully clear it up soon. If not we're just going to have a rat chew whatever it is off.

IIRC, Rifts Dinousaur Swamp has rules about it.
