Hi there,

I' running a fantasy/heroes game in which the characters are pretty much the god-like beings in a world of mortals. I've got a concept for a demonic opponent but I'm looking for the best way of approaching it. The idea is for a formless demon in one dimension to transfer their psyche to the current world and bond with an accepting mortal. Both beings are enhanced and these symbiotic creatures will be an onging foe.

The obvious choice would be a Witch with a Major pact or a Symbiotic Hero power class from PU2. I'm asking if there are any other cases in Palladium in general in which a spirit based symbosis is possible and resulting in the host body becoming enhanced? Also are there specific demons that can do this?

Just looking for ideas and any suggestion will be appreciated.

what you are describing is an avatar, sort of. PU2 immortals.

The other thing that popped into my head was that this sounded like what a Rifts Master Vamp is, except for being dead.
Another options would be the possessed immortal from the Mystic China's False Paths to Immortality.

There's a NPC mage class in Chaos Earth: Rise of Magic which is similar to what you describe.

I ended up making a foursome of two Witches with major pacts and two Sybiotic heroes with the sentient parasite option. Even though the PC's were demi-gods a la PU2, they were given a run for their money with these four.
