Not sure if I can come up with 10 0r not, but the Soaker(because it would so much fun to kill vampires with just plain water) and the Blaster(making stuff go BOOM!! is always nice) from Rifter 19 are good.From Rifter 25, the Kinetic Master can throw all kinds of stuff around,and if you give them a TW Lightblade....nuff said, due to no conversion rules. The Telepath is another good idea that was a long time coming. This psychic archetype is often found in other media, and I am glad to see it in Rifts. For powers, Enhanced Reflexes, because anything that gives you more attacks is always good.I would love to see a Super version with more bonuses, plus Auto-Dodge.Resist Damage would be great in an SDC world, but it needs a Super counterpart, as well.The other resistance powers in the same article all need Super versions, where the protection extends to equipment, and totally negates the attacking energies.Psionic Seeking is a power I have used in games before, and has saved my bacon more than once.Mind's Eye is like a lesser version of Psychic Omni-Sight, but is better in some ways.Psionic Blast is what Mind Bolt should be. Telekinetic Blast, Telekinetic Shockwave, and Telekinetic Force all enable you to do things that you see in a certain series of movies.
