SamtheDagger wrote:At what point does a RUE spellcaster's spell go off? We now have the rule that spell levels 1-5 take one action to cast (and by implication are uninterpretable), levels 6-10 take two actions, and levels 11 to 15 take three actions. Currently, I run it that levels 1-5 go off at the end of the caster's action, levels 6-10 go off at the end of the caster's second action (giving the caster's opponents one round to disrupt the casting) and levels 11-15 go off at the end of the caster's third action. How do you run it and do you know of an "official" answer or reference?

You run it offically.

What about martial arts, psionics, superpowers or other abilities that take more than one action/attack?

Same, happens on the last turn. For martial arts, the only exception is Mu Thai's Lightning Kata, which allows you take all your actions for the entire melee round on your first turn.

Don't forget Power Punch, Power Kick and Deathblow.

So can they be interrupted?
Can the attacker take any defensive actions?
