Has anyone else checked out the new animated mini-series written by Warren Ellis? It's on Adult Swim.com or YouTube. It should be great inspiration for a N&S game.

It's not bad, but the really short half-episode format really annoys me. It's like they're obligated to throw in a random character at the end of each one to hook your interest. I like that Cobra Commander got sick of being a whiny ***** and grew a backbone. The rest of it is, well, quite unbelievable, but yeah, it's a dead ringer for Ninjas & Superspies.

I watched it last night. I thought it was good. I really enjoyed it. Of course there is no series potential as they killed off Stormshadow and effectively made snake eyes simply a bit player. Although it could always be like the old cartoon was in making Duke the main focus. :badbad:

I would take this idea and make episodes that each star a small team of Joes taking out Cobra terror cells and Destro's weapons labs. These teams would alternate in roll and mission parameters. This would allow for everyone's favorite characters to appear several times in a season.

Beyond that, I loved the USS Flagg and hope to see the upgraded version. I liked the airborne assault methods (especially that of snake eyes) and I think the high-speed transport was incredible! I look forward to seeing even more updated Joe gear and vehicles.

Never heard of this, which is surprising since I've been a die hard joe fan pretty much all my life! I'll definitely check it out!

"Now I know...."
This world is far too small not to want to see it all, but life is far too short to allow that to happen. - Falcon, Ranger (My primary hero in PFRPG setting)

"Unhand me you slobbering son of an Orcish whore!" - Ariana Moonstone, Palladin (Another primary character of mine.)

"Bastard!" War cry of Strut, Barbarian Mercenary. (That's for you James!)
