Damage Conversion

I once found a conversion page for firearms to palldium damage. Does anyone know what it might be or have a formula for conversion?

Yeah I know it has flat damages for the rounds, but I saw somewhere where it tok the size factored with velocity, YEARS ago. But I guess that is the best bet

The new nonmetallic rounds being developed today have shown to be able to be target selective in their effects. Staying in a solid mass when fires against a hard armor, and becoming a frangible when shot against a soft target. (history channel's Modern Marvels bullet episode.)
In the near future, the use of lead based rounds will be restricted.
