Survivor Skill Increases?

Survivor Skill Increases?
Am I missing something, or does the Survivor OCC not get additional skills as they progress? I have 2 lv. 4 Survivors in my game and no where that we see, does it say they get any additional skils. Is that right?

I dont have the book on hand, but I think I ran into the same problem.
One of my house rules in BTS for classes that seem to get ignored is that I allow two secondary skills at levels 3,6,9,12 and 15. I may incorporate that here as well.

I'm reading the main book. I've actually just been using the rules for the Scrounger OCC regarding ups, but that sucks. I should have something listed in the Survivor OCC. -And that's cool that certain survivors get additional ups and others don't. Because it makes sense the Doctor and lawyer would gain skills but the garbage man and landscaper don't.
