And here I though a six-pack subtracted from IQ, not added to PS.

Six-Pack as in chest muscles,
This would be a variant of the Monster Tattoos in SA1 (I'm thinking it's SA1....).
So the PPE cost would be relative to the PPE costs for those tattoos.

This just doesn't seem all that usefull, there are so many other tatoos to choose from, I really don't see the need for another one that adds to your PS score,IMO.

Isn't that a tad on the
increadibly powerful side? Considering the SN PS tattoo in combination? Although I guess Tattooed men at that high level are beasts anyway, so maybe that's ok.
12 PPE/ point of strength would be SO expensive. Plus the idea of having a spell that required a random amount of juice per cast would be weird, and really dangerous for the caster.

another new tattoo-skunk holding it's nose
effect-a HIGHLY smelly gas that can knock out it's foes
cost-45 ppe

Just for dialog's sake, what is the highest end for SPS? 60? 90? 120? Actually, there really is no
practical or theoretical limit, to this, PP, IQ, or Speed. There are only a few PS boosting spells,
only 1 Psionic to my knowledge, & 1 chi ability: Body Chi..........
Here are the few I know, aboot. 1. Superhuman Strength; (SPS-30) Limited, BoM, 2. Strength
of the whale (Doubles PS), BoM. 3. Evoke Animus of Elemental Earth (SPS-15+Chi) (Mystic
China). 4. The psionic Supercharge from Between the Shads nightbane book is the only one
Psionic Ab. (+6 SNS, +40 S.D.C./+60 M.D.C.(40/60 for Rifts) 5. Magical adrenal Rush, & its
legendary counterpart, Blood, (Guts), & Thunder are two more that come to mind, but these
only make your PS, SPS. There are others, Like the Whalesong of Strength, but these are the
ones I use on a regular basis.

I got bored a while back and created these tattoos:
Hard-light clone-this ability allows the tattoo man to create a physical duplicate of himself that moves and acts on it’s own accord.
Machine meld tattoo-Allows tattoo man to mimic the abilities of machine meld.
Trap ring tattoo-grants the ability to summon yellowish energy rings with which to trap others.
Cold shield tattoo-This ability creates a swirling shield of ice and cold that can freeze opponents and damage equipment. (causes him to take double damage from heat/fire, but impervious to cold).
Luck tattoo-This grants bonuses in combat and other situations. (both combat and some skill bonuses)
Mass-Burst tattoo-This summons raw heated energy into a fantastic burst of damaging light. (think shockwave spell, but with heat/fire).
Point-defense tattoo-Creates whirling discs of light that deflect incoming attacks.
Become tattoo-The caster and turn himself into a tattoo and be used to hide on/amongst friends.
Empower Animal-a variety of tattoos that give your “familiar” powers.

Power Tattoo
Olympian figure posing holding an Atlas (or a six pack of beer...)
P.P.E. to activate: 25
Duration: 1 minute per level
Range: self
The magical drawing allows the character to draw upon the power of the earth and strengthen themselves. The character MUST be standing on soil or natural rock to activate this ability. Upon activation, the caster gains 6+1D4 to their P.S. If the caster focuses his/her will, they can add 1D4 per action to their P.S. as well (no more than and extra 1D4 per level...i.e. at level 5 up to 5D4, at level 10, 1D4x10). While focusing, the ground around the caster rumbles, and the tattoo itself glows brightly and begins to hum (making them a wonderful target).
Note: Undead Slayers get 1D6 instead of 1D4.
This power can be used with the Chain with a broken link tattoo (as this spell does not make the strength sup...only enhanced...like a jucier or borg)...and yes...the 6 points from that is added as well. No other strength-enhancing magic can be used on the caster while this power is active.

Shoot, when I first saw this, I thought it was a variant of Create Milk and Cookies. Now I'm all bummed out. Don't T-men have to eat? How about a CM&C tat? or a Create Pizza and Beer tat? This area need further examination.

It would have to be a summon pizza and beer tat, otherwise the meal would disappear when the duration ended.
