It depends. You basically have to recreate the character as undead. One way to do that would be to recreate it with the Immortal category from PU2 as an Undead/Vampire. Another, and perhaps the easiest, way is to just add the Mega-Hero option, which doubles power ranges and gives them Supernatural PS, as well as giving them the Special Mega Power of Undead and making you have to pick an Achilles Heel.
