Can there "theoretically" be a magic tattoo for each and every "Invocation" type of spell ?
What types of magic "CAN" be made into tattoo magic ?

If you are the GM, yes.
However, most power tatts take the idea of the spell tweak it just a bit.

I noticed that Several Power Tattoo's .. actually COMBINE .. several spell's .. into 1 awsome power tattoo ..
Using less PPE overall for all spell like abilities ..
I will start to create and post my version of new Power tattoo's ..

Where does it state this ?
In Atlantis book it clearly stats that the Chaing-Ku are the beings who created this type of magic. And that Rune Magic was an off shoot and younger type of magic.

Splynn Dimensional Market.
The Chiang-Ku invented it, but the Splurgorth invented the Arrow tattoos as well as some other ones, but it took thousands of years for them to do so.
