PC A has a regular human strength of 25. PC A throw's a spear 100ft.

PC B has a Supernatural strength of 25. PC B Throw's a spear 100ft as well ?

Does this even remotly make sense to anyone ?

What should the difference REALLY be for some one with SN Strength throwing a spear as opposed to some one with normal strength ?

I think you need to read over the skill description for W.P. Targeting again.

It specifically addresses effective throwing range for creatures with Augmented, Robotic, and Supernatural strength.
