Mysteries of Magic™ arrived Thursday afternoon, a day early and without any advanced notice. Alex, Julius and I prepped the book for shipping yesterday afternoon, and they are shipping out today, Friday, September 25, as scheduled, to those who pre-ordered and as well as to distributors.
Mysteries of Magic™ Book One looks fantastic and is packed with all kinds of information and magic. I think people are going to love this book.
The Rifter® goes to the printer on Monday
I wanted to get the The Rifter® #48 to the printer today, but it will have to go in on Monday. It's another great issue.
Second Printing Robotech®
Robotech®: The Shadow Chronicles® RPG, manga edition, was down to its last 80 or so copies, so I sent it to the printer for its second printing last week. The second print should arrive in a few days. Meanwhile we still have some copies of the first printing in stock.
2009 Christmas Surprise Packages
Monday evening we announced gamers could start ordering the 2009 Christmas Surprise Package. While orders will not ship before October 9, you can place your orders right away, giving us time to prep and really give these first hundred or so a good amount of thought and consideration. This is a wonderful way to get a big RPG gift for a friend or loved one, treat yourself, fill holes in your own collection, try a new game setting, get autographs, and save money all at the same time.

Dozens of Surprise Package orders have already been placed and sales for the week have been pretty good. This has made us feel even more hopeful, but we need to see if the sales momentum continues over the weekend and throughout the next several weeks.
A Distributor ramps up
More good news. I got a call yesterday from one of our medium-sized distributors. He wanted to let me know that a few years back, he had stopped carrying the FULL line of Palladium products, but over the last 8-12 months he has gotten so many requests for our titles that he is going to start carrying our entire game line again. I don’t know about you, but that was certainly welcomed news to my ears. Maybe things are slowly turning around. At least in some places. It is encouraging to hear. Waiting for that back stock order.
I’ve already begun work on Dead Reign™ Dark Places™ and we are pretty fired up about other upcoming titles.
