if they are a were-person born to other were-people, no "cure" it would sort of trying to "cure" a Zenith Moon Warper of their 'wolf' side.

The curse of lyconthropy, remove curse.

Exactly as Drew said. A were-person is simply a magical race - there's nothing about them to cure. For a human cursed with lycanthropy, a remove curse spell does the trick.

What system are you referring to? The methods can vary depending on the game.

PFRPG has a "cursed werewolf" seperate from the RCC version. the cursed werewolf can't control his change, and isn't able to control his beastial animal mind in wolf form. though they remember everything that happens while in it.

remove curse should work for such.

If you want a cool story from the curing of the curse, take a note from the Hulk. Either the spell does not work but every body thinks it has worked, maybe even have one full moon go by without an outbreak to strengthen the feeling of safety.

Or the beast is released by the spell coming to attack the once cursed.

Silver bullets should do the trick. Or remove curse. Either one, really.
