with hand to hand's (basic, expert, MA, Assassin), you stack the WP bonuses with the h2h's & PP

with full Martial art forms, you only stack the wp's bonuses with the MAF's (&PP) if you have the weapon kata with the form.

above is correct, the MAF's from N&SS are far superior in bonuses than the other H2h skills, so it helps to balance them out.
