Okay, preface this with I started playing PFRPG, before PPE and all that. I've always been of the school that Orcs can be Warlocks. Not wizards/diabolists/summoners/etc. But that they (the smarter ones, at least) had the capacity to become Warlocks.
When did this change? Was there any reason given as to why? I recently revisited my 2nd edition PFRPG and Revised Conversion books, and no mention of Orcish Warlocks.
Obviously with a warrior race, there wouldn't be many. More a subset. Like shamans amongst the warrior tribes. But still..

I have the 1st printing of PF2 and under magic is says witchcraft and priest only.
May you be blessed with the ability to change course when you are off the mark.
