That was "Turtles Forever", a previously DVD-only release that was to mark the current celebration of the 20th Anniversary of the TMNT. I watched bits and pieces of it and most of the B&W segments.

I was hoping that 4kids.tv or hulu.com would have it available on-line by now, but no such luck.

but the darn free bandwidth is about 3 minutes shorter than the length of the show.

I think someone also posted it up on youtube, but in short segments.

All in all I liked it, and may have to buy a copy if they ever get around to releasing the DVD.
