Why are there spells such as .. Summon Lesser Being, yet no Summon Greater Being .. Paralysis Lesser .. but not Paralysis Greater ?
Or were they simply forgotten to get placed in the books ?

To summon a greater being you need a magic circle, which are detailed in the Summoner OCC.
The Level 6 Paralysis Bolt is the greater spell.
It didn't get converted over from PF1 to start off with.
However, it got an official conversion to 2nd ed in one of the teen Rifters.
