Slaves.
Atlantis actually does go out an hunt for slaves across Rifts Earth as well as who knows how many other dimensions.
My question is this.
When Atlantis forces a newly caught individual to be a Bio-Borg,
What exactly happens to thier old Racial/Occupational levels, powers, and or abilities and skills ?
Do they stay frozen from that point on ? (What about special powers and abilities such as psionics ? )
Do thier Skills freeze ? (What about over lapping skills from one Class and the Bio-Borg Class ?)
And what happens if its a Racial Character that can choose an occupation such as the Psi-Stalker ?

Re: Slaves.
I'm not a RIFTS player and am not familiar with Bio Borgs as an actual class, but if it's really an OCC, it should be treated like any other multi-class. All of your powers and abilities from your old class freeze in place. Any shared skills and abilities remain frozen until your new class exceeds the frozen level of your old one.
I was only consious of "bio-borg" as being a slang term for a person who has undergone significant bio-alchemy work, and didn't know there was a version with its own class skills and abilities and such. Conceivably, anybody of any class could undergo bio-alchemy without changing classes, unless there's something I'm not familiar with in there.

Well the thing I am wondering about is Atlantis can and does make slaves into Bio-Borgs to suit thier needs based upon what they want.
Slave owners will purchase Bio-Borgs for the arena or for personal use in how ever they see fit.
Yes anybody in the Megaverse can be taken an made a partial bio-borg, or even a full conversion Bio-borg, but that would be dependent upon the Slaves owner an what they want thier Bio-Borg to be capable of doing.
Since Atlantis does in fact actively participate in the propagation of Slavery I am curious as to what happens to the slaves old skills and or powers from thier old O.C.C. do they freeze or continue on albiet very very slowly ?

Re: Slaves.
According to Splyn Demensional Market the prossess that creates a Bioborg effectivly erases the old identity and the person is now a Bio-borg. the old memories of what they were are painful to think about.

Sounds like they actually have a choice to think about it albiet it would be a painful thought ..
Or try to forget it ..
Seems to me its still raises more questions then answers them ..
Re: Slaves.
Bio-Wizardry can add Wings with up to a speed of 140 for flight.
Chest Amalgamate doubles speed .. (Does not differentiate between ground based or air based)
Spd is now 280 ..
Spine Twister doubles speed .. (Again does not differentiate between ground based or air speed)
Speed is now 560 flight. (Roughly 400 MPH)
Is this correct ?

I would do the same thing, which means the player will just have to adapt.

As i understand it, these double base speed, not the speed of your last enhancement, so whatever your ground speed is, they double that, and the next one doubles the original number, so you end up three times as fast, not four. also, they only double ground speed, but go with whatever you feel like.
