There are two ways to be able to Parry with both hands.
1) WP Paired Weapons, If in N&S you need to list which two weapons are paired, any other it is any two weapon type if you have a WP for both types.

2) if the char is ambidextrous, which conveys the any and all WP Paired Weapons

parrying with a shield, I believe a shield in itself adds to the parry roll,[at least the shields presented in HU:Aliens Unlimited do], on top of the WP shield parry bonus.

You can use either to parry but only one at a time.

With WP Paired weapons you can parry two different opponents attacking you at the same initiative. Roll for each parry separately. Rules don't say anithing about parrying the same attack with two different objects.

No. Unless they attack you at the same initiative. Then you should have to choose who to parry.

The parrying bonuses, usually higher than most WP from weapons (although I have revised them as WP shields tend to be underrated). Besides, shields loose SDC when hitten; weapons not (unless specifically attacked).
