Contests of Opposition (attributes, skills, etc...)

Hello,
It's been a long while since I've played palladium and I'm now trying to get back on the horse and I need some clarification on some things...namely on contests of oppostion. For example:

1. Two Juicers are engaging in an arm wresting contest the both of them are at ST.30 (supernatural) what would be the formula to resolving this contest dice roll wise?

2. A table of at least five card players are playing a game of high stakes poker what would you have to roll to(a) get the hand up on the other players and win a very big pot of money and (b) seeing if the other players are cheating or (c) covering your tracks if you are cheating yourself?

If anybody can help me on this I would be very grateful.
