in your opinion, would a character with the major power Sub Zero be able to mask themselves, and perhaps others, from sensors that rely on heat signatures and such?
if so, how difficult would you expect it to be?
for example, could they simply use their aura of not-thawing to achieve the effect, or would you require them to do something as extensive as donning full ice armor?

Re: sub-zero and sensors
I'd allow it. extremely cold temperatures foul up thermal sensors normally.

at least make them have to move real slow like the chameleon power.

Re: sub-zero and sensors
In a static system, like say a security grid for a casino's vault, the cold would frustraight the sensor and give all kinds of strange readings or out right shuts down the affected sensor, but the system will report that the sensor isn't working right.
In a more complex system, like say your thermal sensors built into your power armor, then it might just not "see" the sub zero character. Atleast on the first encounter, allowing the GM to advance the story, while the wily PC has to figure out, what's wrong, how the villian did it and how to fix the system and then kit bash the mod and get it to work with the other sensors without over loading his/her already massively over taxed computer.
