I'm in the process of putting together my first rifts campaign, and I had some questions about how r.c.cs with o.c.cs work.
I know that not all r.c.c.s can take o.c.c.s unless it specifically says so.

So mainly I need to know which experience table to use if for instance a jungle elf from south america one takes the biomancer o.c.c.

I also wanted to know if the r.c.c. would get all of its racial abilities and skills in addition to the skills and abilities provided by the o.c.c. that it takes.

RCC's are not compatible with OCC's, at all.
If the player picks a race with an RCC and wants to have an OCC/PCC, then you drop/omit ALL the racial powers and skills , replacing them with the OCC/PCC powers and skills.

Races that are not RCC's: the char gets the racial powers no matter what Class they pick.

Both would use the OCC/PCC exp. tables.
