PPE, Zombies, and Vampires

You are on your own. The Army is MIA and our government is gone! There are no communications of any kind. Cities and towns have gone dark, and zombies fill the streets. The dead have risen and it would seem to be the end of the world. Help me, Mommy!

I'll only answer #3 at the moment. I don't think the Zeds would see another Zeds PPE like that. Dark Places at least talks about it more and talks about how it is more the life essence then it is a PPE thing that Zeds see. At least that is the jist I pulled away from the book.

Also, the Zombies feed on it. In this case like a bulemic in a way, none of it reaches their hips. They chow down, but immediately use the PPE and it is burned up. No storing it. It just heals them up a bit and resets some of the biodegrading clock and its gone.
