To Limb or not to Limb.

Sometimes it says it will restore limbs, other times it says it won't and even more it says nothing either way...

So As GM's do you cannon? Allow or disallow regrowing of limbs with BR?

Except for in HU, I go with the 'if the char has the regeneration power, then they can regen limbs and organs.(other then the brain.)
Within HU, what the powers say they can do.

Im thinking more along the lines of players having bio-regenrate but I would not allow them to regrow limbs with it. They will need to seek out a more powerful level of healing (ie restoration spell).

If it suited for NPC to regrow a limb then what the hey, Im might twink my own rule. In general, I am against it unless specified.

Ok this is what put me over the edge on it.

His OCC also states that he can't get Cybernetics, they would be rejected. So I think his Bio-Regen does regrow limbs.

Not unless the power or spell specifically says so.

Just out of curiosity which OCC is the character playing ?

IMO the great thing about Rifts is the ability to change whatever you want, if you want it to grow his arm back, allow it. If it says he can't get Cybernetics, let him, or give him bio-organic, they are not super powerful but more life like.
