Seeking true Enlightenment!

Hey folks,
Quick question regarding a little known Palladium "state of being" (can apply to ANY dimension or race in the Megaverse), that being True Enlightenment! With it the character can transcend and step closer to godhood if they'd like.
Now I know this strange state of being is something different for everyone (and should not be given out lightly unless the character has gone through some sort of trial) and it is somewhat represented in a couple of books, but is there really a simple game mechanic for such a state? I would NEVER dare to represent it as say, a super ability, or a psionic power...
Thanks!
G

Mystic China actually has it clearly labeled with specific abilities. (No, not Rifts China, Mystic China, different books)

The Rifts China books mention Enlightened Immortals, but only MC actually details them.
