Is there a way to contack paladium directly

With out going through their support ticket system. I have been trying toget something resolced with an order and can't contact anyone at all. After a week a " hey we'll look into it" would be nice. I am not trying to air anything here I am just curious if there is a direct email that one can use that I am missing. Or something like that.

If your having problems with the support system the best bet is by phone.
