I don't know if this would be the correct forum to post this on, so if not, please move it to the correct forum and let me know please.
Anyway, I was wondering if anyone out there has a copy of Gametable? I cannot find it at all on the internet, and I have looked high and low. I know that there are sites like Skydrive I want to say that will allow you to freely share with other people so if anyone has Gametable, would you be willing to put it on Skydrive for me (and others) to download? The only reason I ask is because I have heard many great things about Gametable.

Never mind, I
JUST found a place that I could still download it from. For any of those interested, the site was
http://sourceforge.net/projects/gametab ... (Gametable)%202.0%20RC8/osu-gt-2.0-rc8-Win.msi/download.

It's more for GM's for long distance gaming groups, however if you connect it to a projector or a larger TV that is capable of accepting computer monitor output (like an HDTV), you can use Gametable as a mapping tool instead of using a Battle Map. You can have a Hex Grid, Square Grid, or no grid at all. And the best part is that it has no map edges that I have seen so far, which means you can make your maps as big as you want (it's the only virtual tabletop program that I know of that doesn't have size limits on the maps), which is a big bonus for ranged fights with modern weapons (i.e., the group is hiding in an abandoned warehouse and fighting some baddies at the top of some building or something like that). You can see exactly where people are in combat, which is especially useful when explosives come into play (or magic). You can see if characters or NPC's have line of sight on their targets. The only real problem is that it takes a good amount of setup before the game.
It comes with a fair number of tokens, but they are all geared toward D&D. However there is a tool out there to make your own custom Tokens called Token Tool found at

If you can afford a projector or a decent size HDTV that can double as a computer monitor (i.e., can hook a computer up to it via a monitor cable), then you eliminate the need for your players crowding around your computer monitor, looking over your shoulder.
