We’re excited about new releases and now that Heroes the Megaverse® is at the printers we are already working on The Rifter® #52, Armageddon Unlimited™ and Rifts® Dimension Book: Thundercloud Galaxy™. All of which we hope to get to the printer by the end of September and see released throughout October. Read all about them in Friday’s Weekly Update.
We saw a sales spike today and pre-orders for Heroes the Megaverse® are strong. Alex keeps telling me that “People are going to love it.” I think so too.
REMINDER: Heavy Metal® Magazine with the Rifts®/Colt the Outlander™ crossover is on store shelves. The magazine is out and the Rifts® crossover comic strip looks fantastic. It is in the stores and waiting for you to add to your collection. This comic is too cool to miss! On sale at bookstores everywhere, right now.
My Dad’s surgery went great and he’s recovering in ICU (Intensive Care Unit). He had a couple small scares in the ICU, but seems to be doing fine. He’s still very weak, groggy and sleeping a lot. I see him every day.
While visiting Dad this afternoon, we were hit by a brief, but powerful thunderstorm. Torrential rain, strong winds, black skies. It was scary. The hospital even lost power for about 20 seconds. I stayed with my Dad an extra while so he wouldn’t be afraid. Found out later that a tornado touched down a few miles away in the city of Gibralter. Yikes! Dorothy, is that you?
