Heroes of the Megaverse Ships Wednesday

I spoke to the printer and they assured me Heroes of the Megaverse® will ship Wednesday, September 15, 2010.

Today was a busy but productive day. I spoke with a lot of people, tied up a number of loose ends, and did some work on The Rifter #52®. I even spoke with the gent working on getting Nightbane® turned into a movie. Fingers crossed on that one.

I want to thank Spinachcat and Irvin Jackson for their help and advice. I also want to thank everyone who has been offering positive feedback, tips, kind words and prayers for me and my father.

UPDATE: Dad. We had a scare this morning as the hospital doctors feared Henry might have an abdominal infection. That would not be good. They wanted to do a CAT scan and draw out the fluid/puss they expected to find. That was dangerous as the fluid was by the lungs and a nick to the lung could cause it to collapse. However, the scan showed very little fluid, there was not enough to “grab,” and the new determination is that the fluid is normal after surgery, and NOT an infection. Whew. The pneumonia appears to be slightly better too, so maybe he’s starting to beat it. They tried to take Dad off the ventilator this morning, but he couldn’t do it. Maybe in another day or two. Meanwhile, he remains in ICU.

As you can tell from the updates on my father’s condition, I will be continuing to report on my Dad. I’ve gotten many people telling they want to know about my Dad’s condition and that I better keep them informed in Murmurs and the Weekly Update. Thank you for that. I will continue to do so. It means a lot to me that you care. And thank you for your prayers and well wishes.

Sales were strong again this morning, so that was more good news.

Trying to stay positive. Think I’m going to stop home and take a nap before I head out to see my father this evening. Keep those imaginations burning bright.
