Spell Strength bonuses should be listed under each magic OCC. Normally it's a +1 every third level or so.

I believe these question is answer in the 'Through the Glass Darkly" book, where the NB mages are reprinted.

Sorry DK, it doesn't say. It details everything else like Principles of Magic, but not Spell

Greetings!
I am playing a NB Sorcerer and my GM has set the Bonuses as follows: + 1 to Spell Strength at Levels 3,7,11 & 15. + 1 to Save Vs Magic at Levels 4,8,12 & 15. As I have finally gotten to 3rd Level, I am happy to have the bonus!
Good Gaming, GaredBattlespike

Pretty sure this is rectified by Irvin Jackson in the Q&A in Rifter #48. I could be wrong, but I seem to remember an issue dealing with missing spell strength bonuses.
