Making a 3 galaxies character and wondering about languages

When you take a language skill in the 3 galaxies setting (such as trade I) does it also include literacy? I'm a bit confused on how to handle the language skills when dealing with Rifts OCCs and 3 Galaxies characters. Also, since 3 Galaxies characters are used to space travel, would they automatically get Zero G Movement?
Edit: To be more specific, I'm assuming that if a player is taking a trade language with a Phase World based character they get Literacy as part of that skill and I'm wondering if this is the correct and official way it is supposed to work.
2nd Edit: Alright, yes I am aware there is an answered question in the FAQs section regarding the language skill. Maybe the better way of asking this question would be: Do you think that it would make sense for 3 Galaxies characters to have Literacy as a default, as they are not exactly in the same conditions as Rifts Earth type characters?

I've always viewed the education in Phase World as better than that of Rifts Earth. When my players make a character in Phase World I'll give them their native language and literacy for it at 98%. So if English/American was their native language they would have Read/Write Trade four at 98% I don't have the book in front of me so American could be a different trade language than 4.
I really view this as GM's call during character creation. For me it's no big deal as I don't do a lot of stuff with language since someone will have the Tongue's spell/universal translator or something to get around the language barrier.
For the language skills as written in Phase World, no i don't automatically include literacy as part of it. I have not read the FAQ, this is just what I would do since I'm giving the player their native language and literacy pretty much for free.

The Zero G Movement Skill would be no, unless your character's class specifically says otherwise. The big reason that I can think of is that even yeah, a lot of them are out in space a lot, they aren't in zero g all the time. And generally the classes that are in space more often would (or at least should) have the Zero G Movement Skill.

I forgot to comment on the zero g skill....

Finally people answered. I was thinking that the questions were being ignored.
Thanks for the help on this. Honestly, the question is mostly due to my lack of familiarity with Phase World and the 3 galaxies setting in general. Right now I'm going by the rule that if someone takes depressurization training or a similarly intense space skill like Zero G Combat they get Zero G movement as a bonus (unless they got their depressurization training in artificial gravity, which seems rather unlikely.)
