A perplexing quandry. How to use Dim Mak without the required form of attack for it. Personally, I say give the form the fingertip attack. At best, you can successfully deliver the Dim Mak. At worst you gain an attack that does 1 point of damage. Beyond that, seek advice from on high.

I'm pretty sure that by the time someone with Jujistsu hits level 11 they'd have figured out how to do a one-fingered attack.
