Can soemone just write up a comprehensive chart for the different strengths so we can see just how silly they really are, or better yet make them make sense

PS 15
PS 20
PS 30
PS 40
PS 50
with normal strength punches damages and carry limits?

You are wanting a chart that compares normal PS to Augmented, Robotic, and Supernatural, right?

I think you are missing a couple but cannot remember the names of them (no books atm) and no the strengths will never make sense.

I only mentioned the types of PS that show up in Rifts. If there are more, I haven't seen them.

there are alternate names for them in HU.
As well as alternate names in ATB.

But AFAICT there are still just the 4 stages.

Check out Kittenstomp's Random Tables of Doom thread in the HU forums. Somewhere in there is a chart for the different PS categories, along with damage for each of them.
