Howdy, folks.
A long long time ago, in a state far far away, a man once mentioned a ludacris mage as a way to make magic fun for the entire table. I can't find anything on google and only remember that it was funny magic words. Can someone explain a ludacris mage to me?

First off, it's spelled "ludicrous." (Yeah, I know that comes off like I'm being an ass, but I'm not trying to...) That's likely the number one reason you're not finding anything. The other reason is that they're from one of the Rifters, and aren't an offical OCC. IIRC, it's Rifter 9 1/2 that had them in it.

see the rifter 9.5
Rifter 22
and the best of the Rifter
The ludicrous mages use humorous spells in a defensive and offensive fashion.

Originally presented as a joke class for an April Foll edition of the rifter it has been embraced as a valid OCC by most players.

Hehe, I know you know you've misspelled it, but anyways...

Wouldn't a Ludacris Mage be some kind of rhyme-smith?

There are also some gamer made ludicrous magic spells in the Invented Magic topic in the Magic & Psi forum.
