Are there any good "Cowboys and Indians" resources? Any zombie resources aside from BtS?

Appreciate any suggestions

Wrong. There are references to Black-powder weapons in Transdimensional TMNT, and and I'm pretty sure there are western references in a couple other books also.

whoops forgot about Trans-dimensional TMNT (easy to do seeing as its no longer available due to License issues). That is about it; I cannot recall any others.

Thank you for the advice guys!

What year were you thinking of having the setting? 1800 or 1880? Billy the kid was born July 14th 1859 birth name was Henry McCarty he was A.K.A. William H Bonney ... Round then it seems like a good place to start a game!

If you're looking for information on old west type games, try finding a copy of the old Boot Hill rpg. It's a great source for old west type stuff.

If you're looking into other game company rules for ideas, Pinnacle's Deadlands: The Wierd West game is a good resource, and pretty much already mixes the western/horror genres fairly well. It also included a lot of real world references to the old west (skewed to the wierd of course).

I found the rules to be a little unwieldy (though including Poker into the rules system was a neat touch, :) ), but I liked the setting alot. IIRC, the Player's Handbook was available as a free download from Pinnacle's website, but it has been a long while since I've visited there, so it may not be available anymore.
