Rune Legendary Artifact:

A simple Amulet that contains a Dimension (Similiar to Astral Realms of the Astral Lords). Inside the Core Amulet would be a Paradise, lets say 10 miles diameter, to make many beings come and stay. The only draw back is everyone is at only 90% MDC/hp/PPE/ISP. But what no one knows is the Keeper of the Core gains the 10% everyone else is down.


On Rifts Earth, how many people/d-bees would fall for this type of false paradise???

That's an interesting item. However, most MDC beings wouldn't end up using it to me. They either want to be out making a difference in the world (the good ones), or murder, plundering or simply testing their personal limits. You'd get TONS of low class folks and farmers who found it, and some adventures by necessity who don't see a problem with taking it easy from there.

sounds like a Dimensional realm that Spacial mages can make. (This was in one of the earliest rifters)

The D-Realm uses the same basic creation rules as the Astral realm creation rules for the Astral Mage (Between the Shadows)is able to make.
