On the surface, an article like this seems to poo-poo zombies...

However, every idea here is a possible inspiration for some new and hopefully spookily deadly trick for the zombies to have that evades the problem or to base scenes off of. How *does* nature react to a zombie apocalypse? Zombies attacking bears is one, kinda silly way to think of it...

However, a converse idea, where zombies never attack natural creatures (unless the natural creature is aiding a human) and natural creatures just ignore the zombies, leads credence to a 'Zombies are punishment from Nature' hypothesis.

How do they change in different weather conditions?

Great article but do these bears and such become zombies themselves if they eat one? If so that is scarier than human zombies.
