The art is amateurish but the story is a pretty good TMNT-style mutant-animal-escapes-from-evil-lab romp.
Gunny Bears and Nuclear Fission Rifles. Now we're talking.

Yep. It IS pretty good. It kind of reminds me of '80's B-grade comics.
