Re: teleport object ...
In Canon, the only time a T-port can result in the object of the T-port ending up in a solid object is when a T-port targeting fails and there is a bad roll on the 'how far off target' table.

Good point, here's my crazy hypothetical:
What if your teleporting mage took the time in advance to connect a wireless camera inside a steel footlocker (large enough to hold the weapon(s) in question). He burries said foot locker only a couple feet below the surface and tests his little recieving TV to see that yes, he can see the inside of his buried box (maybe there is a small light source in the box too).
When being chased by enemies later that day our mage has the presence of mind lead his followers near his burried box. Once range mage, enemies with guns, buried boxare all in range, he looks at his hand held TV, sees the inside of the box, casts teleport object on the guns and... POOF!!
I say guns would teleport into box (he has sight of what he's porting and where its going and its in his range). But thats just me
Be at peace, my people. All shall be looked up.

Re: teleport object ...
Well, teleport lesser is going to make you TOUCH those other weapons. I have a feeling that when you try to do that, those weapons are going to touch YOU.. and not in a friendly way.
Teleport Superior doesn't have that requirement. Now, it does state that YOU teleport, and can take stuff with you, to a certain limit
I'd also say:
1) only works if you teleport whoever is holding said weapons
2) if unwilling, the person gets a save
Even if the GM rules that the person doesn't have to get teleported, Id still say that they get a save for their items getting snatched

Re: teleport object ...
Plus you know teleport object takes two melee to cast that is 30secs. So that 30secs of gun fire to steal a weapon away.

I think you have some bad information.
Under the older, two magic action per melee, rules. It would take ether 1 APM or 1/2 the total APM for that melee to cast T-port lesser.
Under the newer rules, casting length in APM determined by spell level, it would take 2 APM to cast T-P:L.
