i need help in designing a PPE battery/generator. Im looking for a device to hold from 300-500 PPE available for spell casting. Im not too familiar with the design rules and am sure some one has designed such a device.

The other device is a vehicle upgrade allowing spell casters inside to cast spells through the hull or weapon system.

I take that you mean that they would be able to cast spells through the hull or weapons systems of their own vehicle?

yes that is what i meant similar to how the tw casts through a device
