toad is just chi going its moves are based on strength so + 4 strength +3 PE and 30 sdc
Hand: punch, palm and forearm Foot: kick attack, snap kick
Special training: enhanced Chi gong for double the cost the hero/villian can increase his natural AR ( chi gong ability by +3 permanently only with this form) body parry

Bit of a necro here but the Martial Arts Network site only includes 2 of the 5 Deadly Venom stules: Lizard and Centipede. Snake, Scorpion and Toad are not listed; at least, not under those names. The snake style from Five Deadly Venoms bears little resemblence, IMO, to the version in N&SS.
