I want to thank everyone for their positive and helpful response to the latest Weekly Update. The Memorial Day Sale and your spreading the word, posting links to the Palladium website and online store, as well as purchases are helping already. Sales were up considerably overnight. THANK YOU.

Are we making progress at permanently fixing the dramatic drop in sales since the new website went live? It is way too soon to tell, but this is certainly a good start. Thom and Rex have been making changes and fixes to the website for the last few days, and we will continue to tweak, improve and do things on our end to find and fix the problems. We want to make the online store easy to find, easy to use and facilitate a permanent, strong sales pattern. Note: See the May 26, 2011, Weekly Update for complete details.

Here’s hoping sales are on the rise all weekend and beyond! We need a few days' traffic and sales before we can tell for sure. Your continued efforts to spread the word about the website, the Memorial Day Sale, our Facebook page and the buzz about the new website, upcoming releases and Palladium in general, will help us to sustain sales and achieve our goal to make Palladium strong again. Thank you, again, for you support.
